About the event
Become more technically sound, quicker, faster, stronger and more explosive player by joining this program. The Stellar Bright Star program is a soccer skill training and sports performance hybrid.
Bright Star Soccer is responsible for the soccer specific training and our Redline Athletics Idlewild specialists will take charge of the sports performance training.
The program is designed for players aged 8 to 18, who are grouped according to their skill level and abilities.
A 90-minute group session, divided into 45 minutes for soccer and 45 minutes for Sport Performance.
The program will be offered year long in four 12 weeks seasonal cycles ( Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer).
*In case of holiday observations, training will rollover into the following weeks to make up for missed sessions.
